Each location may provide different variations of services but tries to keep DATAMARK consistent. In each location, DATAMARK offers state-of-the-art translation and interpretation services. DATAMARK Mexico’s Language Services Project

DATAMARK Mexico launched its first interpretation project in October 2016, and it's been running great ever since. This project started in Juarez, Mexico, and continued to expand into other parts of Mexico, like Chihuahua, Jalisco, Michoacan, and Sonora. DATAMARK Mexico started with only 15 medical interpreters.

Over the last six years, the number of language service agents has grown to over 800, with an average increase of 133 interpreters in Mexico only and 182 interpreters globally. DATAMARK received over 100,000 applicants in Mexico alone for interpreter positions. However, due to rigorous hiring processes, only a select number with the best qualifications are hired.

Throughout the last six years, many sub-projects have been launched to further DATAMARK’S language services reach in Mexico. In August 2018, an overall Customer Service Project was established; in September 2018, a Medical VRI project also began. As mentioned before, these types of projects allowed DATAMARK to expand to other parts of Mexico. After COVID-19 worsened in March 2020, DATAMARK Mexico and India were able to have 100% of their interpreters begin to work from home. However, this did not stop agents from providing excellent language services.

DATAMARK Mexico offers English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French languages. There is also demand for Russian and Portuguese, and DATAMARK Mexico is working hard to hire interpreters for clients who need these language services. This language services project has shown DATAMARK how important it is to listen to both customers and employees.

DATAMARK understands what customers and employees want and need regarding language services. By keeping both parties satisfied, DATAMARK is able to keep clients and employees for long periods of time. For example, the average interpreter life is 27+ months after six months of training.

DATAMARK India also follows the Business Continuity Model, which is meant to help speed up an organization’s recovery in the event of a disaster. For example, at the beginning of COVID-19, all DATAMARK contact center workers needed to begin working from home, so service stayed uninterrupted. While it was a stressful time, DATAMARK was able to get all employees situated in their homes and continue working.

As with DATAMARK Mexico, many of DATAMARK India’s agents work from home, but this does not halt productivity.
